Once you have created your account, you will just need to remember your login ID and password to access your account for future purchases. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the store to make future purchases, go to the “Log In” page access your buying history, items in your saved shopping cart, your preferred shipping method and billing information. Fabric: Fabrics are sold by the yard, our minimum cut is 1/2 yard (.5) unless otherwise indicated. Sale fabrics are minimum 1 yard cuts.

Returns : Every effort is made to ensure you receive top quality premium goods. f you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money, at the discretion of Quilt and Sew. We do NOT accept returns on cut yardage and/or non-defective merchandise. Due to copyright laws, no returns are allowed on patterns, books or magazines. Exchanges: We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make an exchange, our policy is simple: Most products may be exchanged for store credit within 20 days of original purchase.
If you have a problem with an order, such as errors or damages, please notify us right away and we will inform you how to send it back. We will exchange or replace the item.
Quilt and Sew does not accept returns on “cut” or laundered yardage or non-defective merchandise.
No returns on Books, Patterns, Embroidery Designs and Publications and downloadable items, due to copyright laws.
No refunds on shipping charges. Any additional shipping on returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Already discounted items are not eligible for any additional discounts.
All merchandise returned for exchange must be in saleable condition.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Wish List/Gift Registry: Send a "hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone. Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for future shopping! Our wish list/gift registry is easy to use! Just select the items you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear like magic. (WE NEED TO CHECK THIS__NOT SURE THIS IS HOW IT WORKS/RF)
Class Policies: Class Fees: Will vary according to the length of the class. The range will be from $10 to $50 per class. The fee for a series of classes may be a higher total, but each session will fall in this range.
Register: To reserve your spot in class, register in person, phone or by mail with check, cash or credit card. (Mastercard, Visa, or debit). Call 270-466-5000 to register. Class space is limited, so sign up early. Supplies need to be purchased from Quilt and Sew prior to class. Supply list and prep sheet will be available at registration. Our expertise in color coordinating fabric and selecting proper tools is part of your lesson before class starts.

Cancellation Policy: Class fees will not be refunded for missed classes. We will make every effort to schedule you in the next class with available space. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or instructor illness.
